1. Project Scope & Agreement

By accepting a website design project with Voomay Designs, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. A detailed quotation or project scope will be provided outlining the services included. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work.

• The remaining balance is payable upon project completion, prior to the website going live.

• Failure to supply the required information within 5 (five) working days from the project start date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and the project will be considered cancelled.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required information, images, logos, content, and materials within 5 working days of project initiation.

• Review the website within 48 hours after receiving the initial design link.

• Submit all feedback or required changes in writing within this 48-hour period.

Failure to provide feedback within 48 hours will be deemed as approval of the website design, and the project will proceed to finalisation.

4. Content & Materials

All content, images, and logos supplied by the client remain the client’s responsibility. Voomay Designs will not be held liable for any copyright infringements or legal issues arising from materials provided by the client.

5. Project Timelines

Project timelines depend on the client’s prompt supply of required materials and feedback. Delays in providing information or feedback will result in project delays.

6. Cancellations

If the client chooses to cancel the project after the deposit has been paid:

• The deposit is non-refundable.

• Any work completed beyond the value of the deposit will be invoiced accordingly.

7. Website Launch

The website will be launched once:

• Final balance is paid.

• All required information and approvals are received.

• Hosting and domain details are provided (if applicable).

8. Liability

Voomay Designs will not be liable for:

• Downtime, data loss, or service interruptions due to third-party hosting providers.

• Content errors provided by the client.

• Loss of business due to website errors or downtime once the project is signed off and live.

9. Ownership

Once full payment is received, the website and all associated files become the property of the client, excluding any third-party licenses or proprietary tools used.

By accepting a quotation or paying a deposit, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
